2. Refund and Returns Policy

General Terms

We stand behind the quality of our corporate hardware. Every system deployed carries the KKCC Quality Seal Assured and has undergone comprehensive stress testing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your hardware deployment, we are here to assist.

Returns Eligible Window

  • Corporate and retail buyers have 7 calendar days to initiate a return request from the official date of delivery acceptance.

  • To be eligible for a full return, items must be unused, free from user-induced physical damage, and retained in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and documentation intact.

  • Official proof of purchase (Sales Invoice / Official Receipt) is required to process any return or refund.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving your returned items, our technical team will inspect the hardware and immediately notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment or corporate bank transfer within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing clearings.

Exchanges & Technical Swaps

If an item requires an immediate exchange due to specific operational requirements, please contact our corporate desk at +63 2 8879 7058 or cs@kingkongcorp.com.

Shipping Liability

  • For standard retail returns, the customer bears the logistical cost of return transit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Officially activated Microsoft software products, digital licenses, and custom enterprise server configurations are strictly non-returnable once opened or activated.

3. Cancellation & Service Termination Policy

Scope of Agreement

This policy governs the cancellation or termination of long-term Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) agreements, corporate PC leases, and enterprise support frameworks managed by KKCC.

Termination Notice Process

Clients wishing to terminate recurring rental or support services must submit an official written notice of intent to terminate via corporate email to cs@kingkongcorp.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, unless specified otherwise in your primary Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Financial Obligations & Early Termination Fees

  • Early Termination Fees (ETF): If a fixed-term lease or rental agreement is cancelled prior to the contracted maturity date, the client may be subject to early termination fees as structured in the primary commercial contract.

  • Outstanding Balances: Termination of service does not absolve the client from pre-existing unpaid balances. All outstanding invoices must be settled immediately upon termination notice.

Data Security Disclaimer

Clients are completely responsible for extracting, backing up, or migrating internal company data before terminating an infrastructure or rental agreement. KKCC is not legally liable for any data loss occurring post-decommissioning.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with exclusive legal venue established in the courts of Metro Manila.

4. Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

KKCC Direct Logistics Advantage

To guarantee total asset protection and eliminate the high-risk handling of external third-party couriers, King Kong Computer Corp operates its own secure, direct logistics fleet alongside internal tech teams across Metro Manila.

Order Processing Timeline

  • All corporate orders are validated and scheduled within 1–2 business days, excluding national holidays.

  • Standard orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (PST) will begin operational processing on the same business day.

Fulfillment & Dispatch Options

Clients may explicitly select their preferred deployment track at checkout or during contract execution:

  • Secure Bulk Drop-Off (Boxed Delivery): Our direct logistics vehicles deliver factory-sealed, secure bulk crates directly to your designated receiving bay or office floor, allowing your internal IT team to unbox and stage hardware on your own timeline.

  • Full On-Site Turnkey Staging: Our technical engineers handle the entire lifecycle upon transit—managing safe unboxing, precise device positioning, structural cabling, and initial boot-testing to ensure 100% operational baseline performance on day one.

Regional Delivery Timelines (Domestic)

  • Metro Manila (Direct Fleet): 1–3 business days (Same-Day / Next-Day priority scheduling available for urgent corporate rental swaps).

  • Provincial Luzon & Greater Hubs: 3–7 business days via vetted secure enterprise logistics partners.

Address Accuracy & Unsuccessful Delivery

Clients must provide a verified, accessible corporate delivery address. If access to an office building or BPO floor requires specialized building permits, gate passes, or security clearances, the client must arrange these clearances prior to the scheduled KKCC arrival window.

Damaged or Discrepant Shipments

Please inspect all cargo immediately upon direct handover. Any transit damages, structural discrepancies, or missing components must be reported to our dispatch lead immediately or logged with our helpdesk at +63 2 8879 7058 within 24 hours of delivery acceptance.
