The order also includes 25 A4Tech keyboard and mouse bundles, with one complete set allocated to each computer to ensure that every unit is ready for deployment upon delivery.

With multiple units in one order, a consistent workflow helps keep the computers and their accessories accounted for. The steps below outline the preparation work and checks to complete before dispatch.

1. Match the units to the order

Count the 25 PCs and confirm each unit against the requested processor, memory, storage capacity, and Windows edition. Keep a unit list so the mixed Dell, Lenovo, and HP order can be tracked through preparation and handover.

2. Inspect and check each computer

Check the physical condition and cleanliness of each slightly used unit. Before packing, confirm that it starts properly, displays an image, and responds to keyboard and mouse input. Record any issue that needs attention before dispatch.

3. Review the setup before packing

Review the Windows 11 Pro setup and the listed hardware specifications, then confirm the required power adapters and accessories for each unit. These checks should be completed and recorded before a PC is marked ready for delivery.

Recording Each PC's Serial Number

As part of the preparation and final inspection process, each tiny PC's serial number is carefully recorded in an Excel spreadsheet. This ensures that every unit has an individual traceable record, helping maintain accurate documentation and proper organization of the order before delivery.

Each serial number is matched with its corresponding tiny PC to prevent mix-ups and ensure an accurate handover. These records also provide an organized reference for identifying individual units in case of future inquiries, warranty concerns, or technical support.

4. Prepare the keyboard and mouse bundles

The order includes 25 A4Tech keyboard and mouse bundles. Count the keyboards and mice separately, pair one set with each PC, and check the accessories before packing to help prevent missing items at handover.

5. Pack and coordinate the delivery

After the checks are complete, protect the PCs and organize their accessories for transport. Confirm the final quantities, delivery arrangements, and handover details before dispatch. Delivery is scheduled for later today; completion and delivery photos are still pending.
